Food in the fridge section is turning to ice. That is an over-cooling fault, not a reason to add refrigerant.

Freezer Not Freezing
Food is thawing or the cabinet is no longer holding a freeze. See how a freezer that has stopped freezing is assessed.
Freezer Not Cold Enough
The freezer still runs, but food is soft or warmer than it should be. Review the checks used for a weak freeze.
Freezer Leaking Water
Water under or inside the cabinet needs a source check before any part is recommended.
Freezer Making Noise
Buzzing, rattling or knocking from a freezer is recorded as a symptom. The visit identifies the source.
Freezer Regassing
A gas recharge is considered only after the cooling system has been assessed, not as a first guess.
Freezer Not Switching On
No lights and no response can point to supply, electrical or control conditions. Safe checks come before any repair.
Freezer Running Continuously
A freezer that never seems to rest may have a temperature, seal, airflow or control issue that needs inspection.
Freezer Ice Build-Up
Heavy frost or a blocked freezer compartment is assessed for airflow, defrost and door-seal conditions.
Freezer Over-Freezing
Food freezing harder than expected, or a freezer that will not ease off, is diagnosed before settings are blamed.
Freezer Compressor Problems
Compressor symptoms are confirmed on site. A noisy or hot compressor is not replaced from a description alone.
Freezer Not Starting
Power may be present while the freezer still will not begin cooling. That pattern is separate from a completely dead cabinet.

Washing Machine Door Not Opening
A door that stays locked after the cycle needs a safe check for water left inside before the lock is forced.
Washing Machine Shaking
A machine that walks or shakes on spin can involve balance, transit, suspension or an uneven load.
Washing Machine Not Starting
Lights or a display may work while the selected wash still will not begin. That is a different fault from a dead machine.
Washing Machine Not Washing
The drum may turn or fill while clothes still come out unwashed. Circulation, load and programme checks are part of the visit.
Washing Machine Not Rinsing
Detergent left in the load can point to rinse, drain or programme issues that need diagnosis.
Washing Machine Not Finishing Cycle
A wash that pauses or never reaches the end is assessed for drainage, sensors, door and control conditions.
Washing Machine Overfilling
Too much water in the drum is a supply or level-sensing symptom. It is not treated as a simple tap problem by default.

Pump-related symptoms are confirmed after blockages, filters and hoses have been considered.
Drum Not Turning
If the machine otherwise seems to run but the drum stays still, the visit focuses on drive, belt and obstruction checks.

A dryer that starts but never gets the load moving needs drive, motor and obstruction checks, not a guessed belt.
Tumble Dryer Not Drying
Clothes can stay damp even when the dryer produces some heat. Airflow, sensors and cycle length are part of the assessment.
Taking Too Long to Dry
Cycles that now run much longer than they used to are assessed for airflow, load size and heat performance.
Tumble Dryer Making Noise
Grinding, squealing or rattling is useful detail. Bearings and motors are not identified from noise alone.
Tumble Dryer Not Switching On
A completely dead dryer is a power and electrical booking. Burning smells or repeated tripping mean stop using it.
Tumble Dryer Overheating
A dryer that becomes excessively hot should be stopped and assessed for airflow and temperature control.
Tumble Dryer Stopping Mid-Cycle
A programme that cuts out early can involve overheating protection, sensors, the door or a power interruption.
Tumble Dryer Drum Not Turning
Use this when the dryer otherwise appears to run and only the drum stays still.

Dishwasher Making Noise
Grinding, rattling or buzzing is inspected. A pump is not replaced from the sound alone.
Dishwasher Door Not Closing
A door that will not latch should not be forced shut. Obstructions, seals and alignment are checked on site.
