Emergency Appliance Repairs is the service overview for urgent household problems — a fridge that suddenly stops cooling, a freezer that starts defrosting, or a washer that leaks. This callout page is the booking and attendance process for those jobs and for supported refrigeration or air-conditioning breakdowns. Both pages stay live with different jobs.
How an emergency callout is arranged

Call 0780 175 134, WhatsApp, or use Book a Repair. Include the appliance type, brand, the fault and your Harare location.

Wait for confirmation
Submitting a request is not confirmation. Electro confirms the details and whether a technician is available for that window.

Attendance after confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, we aim to arrange technician attendance within 1 hour, subject to location, traffic and technician availability.

Assessment at the property
The visit is a diagnosis. It is not a promised one-hour repair or a guaranteed same-day completion.
What to send when you request a callout
- Appliance type — fridge, freezer, washing machine, air conditioner or other supported unit.
- Brand and model if the label is readable.
- What the appliance is doing now — silent, warm, leaking, noisy or showing a code.
- Your suburb or a landmark in Harare.
- Access notes if the property has a gate, flat or shared entrance.
Availability
Callouts depend on technician availability, location and traffic. We do not claim 24/7 service or immediate arrival. Attendance timing is explained once in the process above.
Supported commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning breakdowns can use the same callout process. Household urgent faults should still start from Emergency Appliance Repairs.
